All products purchased by phone or via the website can be returned to the mailing address provided, All items carry a 15 day return policy guarantee from the day it was received. All items carry a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. There is a 10% cancellation fee on all cancelled orders that have not been shipped.

Return Policy for orders placed during the months of November and December is extended to 15 days after December 25.

Requirements for Exchange:

1. The original sales slip.
2. The product must be in new condition.
3. The products original box, packaging, all manuals, and accessories must be included. (Value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount.)
4. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable on any return.
5. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to HamGo.
6. The customer must ship the item with an approved RA slip. RA slips are valid 10 to 30 days as appropriate.
7. There will be no returns or exchanges accepted beyond 15 days.
