All our HamGo™ Hoverboard Scooters come with a 30 day manufacturer warranty to protect against manufacturer defects.

Any damage incurred by improper usage negligence would not be covered by the warranty.

If you qualify for a defective item, contact us and we'll arrange the rest for you immediately.

WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?

HamGo™ offers a generous 30 day return policy for all online orders shipped to you. Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging. Please contact us at sales@hamgo.com for all returns and we'll be happy to assist you.

HOW HARD IS IT TO RIDE?

Even if you don’t have experience with any balancing sports such as rollerblading, skating, skateboarding, Skiing or snowboarding you will pick it up quickly, it typically takes about 20 minutes to learn. Just remember to bend your need and be comfortable on it, we recommend you learn how to get on and off at first before you start to move forward by leaning forward. Keep your body upright, chest up, look straight ahead and on the ground when close to walls and curb cracks, never go down steep grade hills. Your instincts will do the rest once you have spent about 1 hour on the HamGo™ Hoverboard Scooter.

The average person can learn to move like a pro in less than 30 minutes.

If you have better instincts than the average person, you'll get it in 5 minutes or less close to immediately.

HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?

The batteries are rapid recharge batteries, which means that it takes 30 minutes to charge up to 80% and another 90 minutes for a full charge, which will last for 9-12 miles.  The max range is dependent on the users weight, road conditions, and temperature. These high quality batteries by Samsung lasts through 800-1000 recharge cycles.  Make sure to fully charge it before using, when the adapter light turns from Red to Green, unplug it and it’s ready for use.

HOW DURABLE IS IT?

Our hoverboards are made of high grade materials making them extremely durable.  We engineered them to withstand hard bumps and soft flips.

Strong grip tires can withstand water, rain, grass, and dirt roads. 

HOW FAST DOES IT GO?

Our Hamgo™ Hoverboard Scooters can reach a top speed of 9 MPH.

Although helmets are optional, if you plan to go at max speed, we recommend you wear a helmet to be safe.

WHAT'S THE WEIGHT LIMIT?

Although we have tested all of our hoverboards with more than 350 lbs with absolutely no issues, the recommended max weight limit is 50-230 lbs for hoverboards with 6.5 inch wheels, 90-265 lbs for HamGo™ Hoverboard Scooters with 8 inch wheels.

ARE THERE ANY SAFETY FEATURES?

Yes there are. Safety is an absolute priority to us. 

Safety features on all our hoverboards:

  • Speed Control: to prevent injuries, the safety system sets a maximum speed. When you go over the max speed, the front end of the pedal will rise gradually to slow down to prevent you from accelerating any further and help you decelerate to a safe speed.
  • Low Battery Protection: when battery drops below 15%, all four lights will blink and the buzzer will beep. The front end of the pedal will sink to force you to decelerate and eventually stop, which is the safest thing to do when you have a low battery.

Luckily, we restock our warehouse every week with new batches of HamGo™ Hoverboard Scooters of all types and colors.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

*A 15% restocking fee may apply to any unauthorized returns and any returns other than damaged/defective goods

Damaged Goods/Parts If you receive a damaged product/part during shipping or if your product contains a manufacturer’s defect, contact us immediately. Please make sure to note any damage on the freight bill next to your signature. Email us at: sales@hamgo.com.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized through our customer service department prior to return.

All returns require return merchandise authorization (RMA) from our company. No returns will be accepted without this number.

Cancellations
The best way to cancel an order is to reply to the instant order confirmation you received when you placed your order online or send an email to: sales@hamgo.com with your order number.

Just tell us why you need to cancel and we will put it through the system as soon as possible.

This must be done within 1 hour of the order.

You will receive a 100% refund for all orders if we are able to cancel them before they are sent for shipment.

How do I return a product?
If your purchase qualifies for a return, our customer service department can arrange a return authorization within fifteen days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned in new, resale-able condition in the original boxes with all the paperwork for a refund.

Once product ships out to you, shipping charges are none-refundable and customers are responsible for paying all actual shipping and handling costs both ways. The actual cost of shipping may differ from quoted promotional pricing. If you were awarded a free shipping promotion, the full shipping amount will be deducted when getting a refund or exchange.
